Chiropractor?

Chiropractic is a health care profession concerned with the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disorders of the neuromusculoskeletal system and the effects of these disorders on general health. Chiropractic practice emphasize on the conservative management of neuromusculoskeletal problems, without the use of medicine and surgery. Structure governs Function: When there is a structural change, the function is also affected. A chiropractor focuses on the relationship between the structure (the spine and pelvis) and function (coordinated by the nervous system) and how that may affect the preservation and restoration of health. The brain is protected by the skull. The moving bones of the spine (consists of 24 spinal vertebrae, sacrum and coccyx) protects the delicate spinal cord and the spinal nerves. Due to the everyday incidents and accidents (ranging from sports and work injuries to stress), certain Spinal Vertebrae can become misaligned and “stuck”, a term which we call as Subluxation. Subluxation can irritate nerves and impair the nervous system pathways, causing malfunction in the body, whether it is in the muscles, joints or even organs.
